Push 2 gmail accounts?

Is it possible to set up 2 gmail accounts to PUSH notifications? I have a work gmail account and a personal gmail account that I would like to PUSH to receive notices. I have set up both accounts on my phone, but so far I can only figure out how to set up PUSH for one account or the other but not both. Thanks

&home screen hit the menu button>settings>accounts&sync then add 2nd account and click it to auto-sync
