I've had some weird call experiences where I'm on a call and suddenly the other person does not hear anything I'm saying. This evening I looked at the screen and there was a little box that said "Judy on hold." Apparently I put her on hold unintentionally. The problem is I couldn't figure out how to get her off hold, let alone figure out how I put her on hold by accident. Anyone know how put put callers on hold and take them off again?
