[Q] App data backup (non-root)?

Is there an app that can back up the data (settings, configurations, etc.) of installed apps? Device is non-rooted, and I don't plan on rooting any time soon.
There are a number of apps that can backup apps (.apk files), but JS Backup is the first app that attempts to backup app data (among other things), but I think it only backs up the Jorte app's data.

I used astro manager to back up my apps. I recently had to do a factory reset and most of my apps. were there except for the ones that are no longer in the market. I downloaded astro manager again and went into my files under sand disk card. Then apps. came up and then I went under backups. All my apps. came up. I installed the ones I could no longer get in the market. They worked like a charm. Now my phone works great with gingerbread. Plus I have all my apps.
