Is there a galaxy S theme ported to the droid 2?

Not that I've seen...there is this, best theme I've ever used, D1 or D2:

Use adw and get the galaxy s theme in the option menu.

There's also a NexTheme out for the D2 - a very popular theme on Android phones.

But I think the 928Droid Black Glass theme is still the best.
