[Q] how can I add the French language to my droid 3 ?

My current version is 860, I flashed my droid Droid v3 3 with Steel and all Is Ok, but here I perfere change the English language to the French language, can not be just the flash current offers English and Spanish, is it possibol to incorporated the frensh language .

I cannot help with the changing of the visual/written language. I know there are French TTS voices.
