Quake 3 on Droid X? Please help

Ok, I followed all directions online to install Quake 3 on my Droid X. Everything appears to be in working condition. Game loads, and I can go to the main menu. However when I try to put in a cd key - I dont have a way of doing so. I dont have a physical keyboard, and my virtual one doesnt pop up. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

Try holding the menu button, it should make the keyboard pop up
