Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Details Supposedly Leak

With the mild controversy surrounding Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 over-heating problems, it's strange to be reporting on their future tech, but perhaps that's what they need to work out the kinks. We have supposedly leaked intel regarding the next-gen Snapdragon 820.

Here are the highlights:

• 64-bit
• Uses a 14nm process - this is a “FinFet” manufacturing process designed by Samsung/GlobalFoundries
• Uses 8 high performance Taipan cores (which replaces the Krait)
• Adreno 530 GPU
• Support for DDR4 RAM
• Supports MDM9X55 LTE-A Cat.10 modem

We aren't too sure how reputable the source of this link is, but we are willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now. The leak even includes info on some of Qualcomm's other new chipsets too. Check out the image above for more details.
