Question about Droid X and Droid 1

I was told from a few people today that some apps that work on the Droid1 will not work on the Droid X. Any truth to this???? I have the Droid 1 and was thinking about upgrading tonight to the Droid X. Just trying to get some info before i make the jump!!! Thanks

Certain apps won't, this is true. It depends on what apps you're talking about as to the reason why.

Any way of knowing what works and what will not?? or will the market be differnt when looking at on the 2 phones?

It'll look the same but you'll have to check the individual app's listing to see if it says it's not compatible with the X.

Thanks I was curious about this as well. I have a Droid 1 and will soon be getting a Droid X. Thanks for the help.

I thought the market would actually look different, since its possible to modify the build.prop and gain access to some apps.
