Question about Droid X Roms

I'm a newbie at this and just recently rooted my phone and put the regular Liberty Rom on it, I was wondering since I installed that Rom is it possible to install a different Rom I want or do i need to go about uninstalling this one somehow or what do I do? If you could explain as simple as possible that would be great because I'm just now learning how to do this stuff and not as experienced yet. Thanks

boot into clockwork with the bootstrap app, wipe data/cache, and install new rom


and make backups in clockwork as u go along if u ever want to go back

Ok one other thing, I downloaded the Liberty red droid so can i plug my phone into my computer and go ahead and delete the regular liberty file from my phone?

i wouldnt if red droid is a theme. if something doesnt work, you can usually fix it by flashing the stock rom file over top of it
