Question about Exchange

I am in the process of trying to wean off of my iPhone so I can enjoy my new Incredible. One thing I am having issues with is my company email directory. On my iPhone, I could type a name in the "To" section of my email and it would give me a list of possible names from my company's email contact list (which was not stored on my phone).

My Incredible is not providing me any of my corporate email addresses that are not currently on my phone. Can anyone help me out? I have all of the email settings set the same as they are on my iPhone.

There is a setting on the exchange email account to search contacts from a corp. list.

I can't find that setting.....can someone point me in the right direction. I really need to be able to contact my corporate email contact list.
