Question about texting

Am I stupid or did Motorola leave the contacts option out when creating a new message? When I want to mass text a number of people, it makes it difficult without the contacts option. I know you can type a letter and names will pop up, but I prefer scrolling through contacts. Is there a way to do it?

Open the market and download a free app called Handcent. Use that for SMS. It'll give you exactly what you want.

The stock messaging app will not.

Yup -- don't assume that you have to use the stock apps.
