Hello, just wondering if Verizon has a live support chat that you can chat into about your account/bill or do they have an e-mail address you can e-mail? Does anyone know?

Yeah ya can go to verizonwireless.com and sign in and you can get online help either in chat or through email.

Thanks, I got it resolved after talking to 3 reps, they never gave me my NE2 Discount on my bill when i got the D2. The 3rd rep understood and applied it finally. I was about to give up.
