Question for dropbox users

I just downloaded dropbox on my PC and created a private shared folder and invited family members. Do they have to install the software or is there a way for them just to use the web interface for viewing files in the private shared folder? It seems that every time they login to the website it tries to get them to download the software.

(trying to figure out a way to share my HD videos from the rezound since emailing them is out of the question)

I believe ....

Go to your public folder in dropbox, and there should be a document in there with instructions about how to share with other people (involves giving people a link where they can view your docs, and they don't have to install the software).
