Questions on re rooting

I want to return to being rooted without a custom rom. I made a backup when I rooted but that backup says i'm not rooted so something isn't right.

Therefore I plan to just return to stock and then root again. Will I lose all my titanium backup information? How about rom manager backed up roms? If so what files should I copy to my desktop to make sure I have everything and then can I simply reinstall titanium and copy all files from my desktop to phone?

The TitaniumBackup folder is what you'd want to copy if you want to restore the backups later. I wouldn't bother saving the ROM Manager files. You can make a new backup when you finish rooting.
