I have a couple quick questions-

1. Where the hell can I get a flash player?

2. Can I get swype for my motorola droid with android 2.2, even though I missed out on the first beta?

3. What are the major changes since the upgrade?

1-there's threads on the forums with a link to the flashplayer apk

2-only way to get swype is to sign up on their site and hope for another beta.

Search for Swiftkey in the market for a swype keyboard.

If your Droid is unrooted, wait for the 2nd update from Verizon to be able to download flash from the market.

SwiftKey is not like Swype. Try SlideIt.
