QuickDesk Opening issues

I downloaded Droid's QuickDesk app and I can't get it to open via the home double-tap. I set it all up in the configurations menu but when I go to open it, it won't open. Any ideas on why this is?

I'm having the same issue, both with the latest "official" FroYo leak and with CM6 Alpha 3
