well seems this phone is sensitive to breaking, i went to get pizza,and the phone was in my pocket i pulled it out and noticed lines going thru the screen. i took it to the store, they said i dropped it, bull s***, i took it out of the case and there isnt a ding dent scratch no where on it. they said gorilla glass dont break on the outside, but on the inside. so im looking at a insurance claim and a 99$ deductable on a 2 week old phone. 
guess imma have to wrap it up in bubble wrap like a brick and carry it in a breifcase.
