random calling during charging

Has anyone experienced their phone random calling for the contact list while charging. My phone called my voicemail four times, my home phone and two other contacts starting around 430AM last night during charging. Any issues and or fixes anyone know about?

cheap one, hasn't happen on the charger that came with the phone only on the cheap one I just bought
