Purchased it used off of swappa. In most condition. Should I contact Verizon or Motorola? My fear is that it will permanent stop working right after a year!

Depends how log ago you purchased on swappa I'd ask for refund and send it back. If not, contact PayPal and they will issue you a refund after you file a claim and send the device back. I've been through similar situation on swappa before. Buyer always wins!

Sorry for the late update but I took it to a Verizon corporate store and they replaced it on the spot with a new phone!
