Random powering off of fascinate

Is anyone else having problems with their fascinate randomly powering off? It's been happening since i rooted

I have this problem. Happens every day, and for the first time today it happened and I couldn't turn it back on without a hard reset. And no, I'm not rooted. Piece of crap might actually work correctly if it was.
