random signal loss.

My wife's droid 3 drops signal/data at random. (It drops all the way to nothing where there is a little red crossed circle over the signal status) It can last just a few seconds or up to a minute before it regains bars and data. Location and signal strength seem to have no effect on the problem. Any ideas?

Mine to has been doing that lately. i have uninstalled a few apps which i cant remember which ones they were. what apps do you have on it?
