Don't know if it makes a difference but I had task limit set to two instead of standard.

I have a few more days before for the return period is up for my phone. Should I return or am I not the only one with this issue

On the newest update stock 4.0.4 yes. I just flashed cwm and cleared my cache

I know that 4.0.4 addressed most of the random reboot issues... not sure what method you use to root but if you didn't flash anything like a kernel or radios... i would suggest unroot, lock and unlock and reroot to get a complete clean boot.img and that should clear out any culprits that may cause this. The fastest simplest way to do that is wugfresh's toolbox which is awesome. You can find it in the development section.

Good luck and be sure to try ICSourcery if you get tired of Stock...

Happened again. This time I was just using wifi tetherer for my PC and it randomly rebooted. No activation screen though.
