my droid razr is not responding at all - it just died - is there anything I can do before Friday - charging doesn't help

Try holding down power button and volume down button. That should reset it! :icon_ lala: What are the exact symptoms though? Just in case that doesn't work. What have you already tried...

tried your idea

thanks for your help I held down both buttons and nothing happened - the phone is not doing anything - it is as if the battery is non-existent

I would contact customer service and see about a replacement.

Make sure that you hold down the power and volume down buttons at the exact same time and count twenty seconds.... I know it should only be ten seconds but count twenty. See what it does..... Bet it works!

What have have you done? Have you tried plugging it into the wall? Don't plug it into the computer because it doesn't have as much power flowing through it. And did you hold the buttons for a long time? What were the circumstances when it died?...

Happy Thanksgiving!

thanks for helping

it was plugged into the wall all night - and it died when the battery was half full - I just went to use it and it has no power and does not respond - I think I have a lemon that needs to be returned

my phone died all of a sudden also, and is unresponsive period, I've had it already with this phone , its going back to the store tomorrow and getting back my iPhone

call your service provider this is not normal obviously so no "DROID RAZR SUCKS POSTS" because im sure even the damn nexus and rezound have similar problems too there is always gonna be a few bad ones im sorry to say...

My phone just did the same thing, it was non-functioning. I held the power and volume down buttons for about ten seconds and then about fifteen seconds later it turned back on. :)

Wish that would have worked with my previous one, tried everything even the people at the store couldn't understand

Its bound to happen though release of a fairly top of the line phone its not even a month old yet there are going to be problems. Every phone does this.

Ha, I remember when I had my lg chocolate, I think I had 9 phones in a year, it was such a headache
