Razr M - Reply/Forward email does not include original message

Hello,

My CEO has the Razr M and he cannot reply or forward an email with the original email thread attached. He has checked and unchecked the box to attach original email...with no positive results. He is currently using the stock exchange email client on his phone.

I've seen that other people have had this issue before on other types of phones and it seems like the only fix is "it started working today"... I'd really appreciate the help.

One of my end users is experiencing the same thing, Verizon didn't have any solution, trying to avoid a reset, I see over 362 views to this post but no solutions. Please Help.

Got it working, but with 3rd party app

Hello,

Motorola has yet to push out an update for this. Samsung pushed out an update and it works...but Motorola's support has been awful.

Download/pay for the app Touchdown. This app allows the user to do a lot more than the regular stock app. The regular stock app has bugs...and doesn't even allow us to sync tasks. Touchdown has been flawless so far and allows us to sync tasks no problem.
