Razr M won't turn on/frozen

Hi! I just bought my Razr M on March 20th. A few hours after having it, didn't install anything yet, not even an sd card, it wouldn't wake up, but notification light was still blinking. I had to hold the volume down and power button to reset the phone. It has now done this SIX times. Am I crazy or is this not acceptable for a brand new phone. It's making me regret my decision to up grade from my dumb phone!

Stupid question, but did you charge the phone with the power off for at least a couple of hours before you started using it? If not, that would be a good place to start. Turn it off, let it charge overnight, and then turn it on with a SIM card and an SD card in it. Let's see where you're at from there.

No, it was partially charged when I brought it home. I plugged it in, didn't use it, then went to use it and it wouldn't turn on. Found this seems to be a common problem. Frustrating.
