RAZR Max - Does flash work out of the box

Can anyone tell me if flash in a browser works on a RAZR Max right out of the box before any updates?

Yep. Just got mine a few days ago and it's been running Flash. It's done so on the OTA ICS update and the 215 leak.

I wish I could understand why the Razr Max runs flash and my Razr with the ICS upgrade does not... Does not seem fair...

It sucks actually...
