RAZR MAXX HD or DROID DNA? Which is the Better Decision?

I had my mind set on getting the RAZR MAXX HD until last week when I saw the DROID DNA. I can't decide on which phone to get; although the DNA is a bit larger of a phone than what I would like, the specs for it are absolutely amazing. I would like to hear the opinions of others between the two phones on which one I should buy. Also, I do plan on ROOTING & installing a CUSTOM ROM. Your input is greatly appreciated.
