Razr Maxx Won't Multi-Task Music Player

Everytime I am playing music when the screen shuts off, or I switch screens to write a text, or open the browser/facebook the music stops playing.

Anyone else have this problem?

Are you playing YouTube music? mine works fine, except YouTube won't keep playing when I navigate away. I have a razr maxx.

No issues here with power amp or stock music...
