Razr no longer sharp...

Hi. I've had my Razr for just over a year and for the past few months it has gotten very sluggish. I deleted a bunch of apps but it still takes almost a half minute for anything to open. Even swiping between screens is a slow, frustrating ordeal. Is there anything I can do to put the edge back on my Razr, short of a factory reset?
