I heard the razor has a really good screen in the sun. I keep my bionic on auto brightness and it works fine

How do they compare with the Droid 1 in the sunlight, my OG Droid disappears when I'm in the sun.

The Pentile screen on the D3, Bionic and the RAZR are second to none in direct sunlight.

But does the qhd vs amoled affect that?

The amoled screens are natrually brighter in regular & sunlight. Compared to the Thunderbolt it is miles better. Haven't tried a Bionic.
