Razr stuck on boot screen

Razr will not boot up. We have tried power/volume down and also boot menu to reset phone. Nothing seems to work. Help!

Going to need a bit more info.
Did this happen after the battery ran down completely?
Did you recently Root, update or install any new apps?
Are you using the OEM motorola charger/cable?

The phone battery was not totally dead, has not been rooted, oem charger and cable are being used and there were no new apps installed.

Verizon has agreed to replace the phone, even though the warranty has expired.
