RAZR Utility stuck on Writing 'System'

Hey, so, I was restoring my phone to stock because I couldn't update (Stupid VZW rom check) and I booted up the utility 1.6. It's been working fine other than the fact that it's been stuck on "Writing 'System'" for about 30 minutes.

Think the problem may be that I unrooted with voodoo rootkeeper before I tried this. Is there any way to root in Fastboot mode?

Now it says the battery is low. I connected it to the wall charger, but after the first reboot in option 1 it said battery low again. What can I do?
