I don't know if Big Red has been doing some tweaking or it's the custom roms but my reception is fantastic lately. My Nex's reception and data speeds are equal to or sometimes higher than my Rezound. Anyone else seeing any change in reception, good or bad?
Well after burying my phone in the snow for 20 minutes I didn't notice a difference. All it did was get my phone all wet and peel off my screen protector.

Haha not enough snow here to even bury a phone. Just flashed codenamedandroid 1.1.1 this morning. Using the kernel that comes with it. It's built from 4.0.3. Phone showing 2 bars of 3G and I am getting 1.5Mb download speed. Just as good as any phone I've ever had here at home.
Lol. Aren't you sick of all the "returned my nexus" threads? Especially when one of the reasons is beats?...oh that drives me nuts. Grab DSP manager and pump up your bass. You'll hardly even notice a difference.
The only "real" knock on the Nexus is no removable storage, but I'm not a media whore so 32 GB is plenty for me. Plus MTP transfers much faster.
