Recipient Can Not Hear Me During Calls

When I make or receive a phone call, the person on the other end can not hear me but I can hear them just fine. There is not a problem with the microphone or with the volume controls. The other person is only able to hear me when I use my head set. Any ideas?

I have been thru this before? Do you use bluetooth? If so disable it then try to test it. If this doesnt work try restoring device after you have backed it up
