Recommended apps or widgets???

OK we all know I am very new to the Droid, so looking for Apps and widgets that are a must have?

If you post them please tell me where to find them too? Is it in the market place or where?

All these widgets you use , where do I find them too?

Sorry for all the questions but hope you can help a newbie out.

I have Facebook already and have it sinc with my contacts but wondering why there is a couple of my friends that it will not show the facebook icon at all for them? Also when I post from my phone it only says from mobile web? I have seen peoples post say from android?

These two threads will probably assist you. But remember the beauty of this phone/OS is how much you make it your own. People can tell you what they use, but the real strength is in customizing to your liking. Hope these help.

I have a couple questions though. Where is the beautiful widget and is it free?

Then I am looking for the clock plus weather everybody has on there screens? Does it cost money?

Plus I see some poeple have the unlock slider going kind of like a curve look?

You mean the Clock app?

This is the 2.0.0 slider (the old version) -- you'll need a custom ROM to get this back.

internal/sd memory widgets
