Recommended screen capture app for non rooted phone?

What would you recommend for taking screen captures within Android with a non rooted phone?

With the Android SDK installed on your computer it is possible to take ScreenShots via USB (No Root Required) I also remember hearing of an app where you could take screenshots from your device without Root, I don't remember what is was called though
