recommended Thunderbolt Rom?

I have a HTC Thunderbolt, I just downgraded it to 2.11.605.5 and rooted it. I'm wondering which Rom I should get? It would be nice to stick with Sense for it's familiarity, but I'm open to other UI's. I'm looking for something low maintenance, and hassle free.

On a offtopic note, is it possible to "free up" the settings under the EPST menu? I have noticed that the TBolt is much more restrictive in the EPST than the Incredible, is there some way to work around that?

I really like the screenshots! Also, do you know if it works?

It works. It has the "cannot answer " bug sometimes, and I found the volume too loud. I kept turning it down but when I would answer a call it would be at max again.
I used it as my DD for the about 2-3 months, now I'm using an Infected Rom, which is more stable but fairly slow on the thunderbolt. Set cpu speeds it up a little, but there is a lot of lag.
