Recording Phone Conversations?

Anyone know how I can patch a DROID into a laptop to be able to record phone calls while still being able to have the phone conversation? (This is for software training, nothing shady.)

The best I can think to do is put the phone on speaker phone, while wearing my USB headset, with its microphone picking up the conversation. Any and all help is much appreciated, thanks guys!
