Red balloon "Default Notification"

I get this all the time in my notification bar...a red ballon. When I pull down the notifications, it just says (default). Any idea what this is, and how to not have it pop up (useless if you ask me).

Probably a bug in one of the apps you've installed.

Uninstalled weatherbug a while ago. Using The Weather Channel though.

What about Locale? I have my Locale setting for default configuration to notify me, and thats the notification I get.

I use locale also. Thats probably it.
