Red Light on/blinking

My sisters red light is on when the battery is put in and then blinks off and on and a slight orange when plugged in. I can get the liberty logo and battery one to come up but thats all. Boot strap is installed.

Not possible at all. She had it in her bra dancing the other night and then called me the next day saying what I mentioned in my first post.

The liberty logo is on there because I put liberty on then was told it would not work on the global and just never got the boot logo back to stock.

You can get the boot logo back to stock by downloading liberty toolbox and going to boot animations and fixing it. Can you get back to stock recovery?
