Redbox App causing error

I have a Sprint EVO phone and have a problem iwth the Redbox movie app. I can search for a movie and locate it. When I select a location a dialog box appears and says that it is moving the selection to my basket. Then and error code pops up which says:

Sorry

The applicaton Redbox (process.net.eworldui.redbox) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try it again.

I am only given one choice out of this error box -- to force close.

If anyone can help me figure this out it would be most appreciated!

:welcome: to the Droid Forums. We don't cover the Evo as it's a Sprint phone, but we do have a sister forum, Android Forums that cover all Android phones, Android Forum - Android Phone Forum.

I would suggest deleting the application Red Book and reinstalling it. Good Luck.

Thanks for the reply. I will go to the other forum. How do I de-register on this forum?
