Remote access

I know its possible to remote access a desktop using my Thunderbolt, but is it possible to remote access my Thunderbolt from my desktop? It would be useful to find it if I could access the cameras to see where it is if stolen.

I know team viewer already has it for ipads but not sure for android smartphones yet. There's also logmein that may have it.
