I added an email account that I no longer want on my phone. It's in the "email" app, not the "gmail" app. I have looked everywhere and cannot figure out a way to delete the account.
- tap on the Menu button
- tap on Settings option
- tap on Accounts & sync option
- tap on the unwanted email account name under the Manage accounts area
- tap on the Remove account option.
---- done!
