Removing Batter Percent from Notification Bar

I have just had to do a factory reset on my Razr Max HD and the numerical battery percent is constantly shown in my status bar. This is something that I want to remove since the Circles widget battery status is enough for me.

I do not see that I have downloaded any other apps that would be putting that number icon in the notification bar. Any clues on how to remove it... I know I did not have it there before the factory reset....

I don't know if this is on your phone but on mine in settings - my device - display - one of the options is displaying the battery %

It's not on mine

It was an app called settings extended. Had no idea this would be an option in that app.
