Removing Battery Low Warning Sound

Anyone know where the sound file is located? I'm rooted, and plan to delete that annoying bastard once I find it. TIA...

Never mind... Just upgraded to GB via sbf to Froyo, so forgot it reinstalled the lowbattery.ogg file. Sometimes I forget the simplest of things on this superphone.
