Renaming app names on screen

I am loking to see if you can rename an app that is on the screen. ie..rename "handcent" to (text messages). can this be done?

I believe so. Check out an app called Better Cut and/or try MetaMorph.

YES BETTER CUT thats the name of the app you need to do that and more you can change not only the name but whatever the icon pic is to what ever you want it to be . peace

You can also do with an app called folder organizer.
