Renaming bluetooth devices paired to Droid

I work at a Ford dealership and end up with my phone paired to numerous cars. When paired, all are listed as SYNC, with my Blackberry I could rename them so I knew which car they went to (and could delete them when sold), but I can't figure out how to rename on a Droid. Any suggestions?

I would like to know this too, as I got a good buy on several identical ear-bugs. I keep one on the charger, one for use, (and have already lost one).

But as they are identical, the all pair up with the same ID designation. It has been a hassle a few times, to not know that one was still paired up as I was trying to pair up the other.

I did the 2.2 Froyo upgrade and it although it may have improved bluetooth, its still not good. I still can't rename, and I still can't get quanities of units to pair. I'm good at 3, after that anything is questionable, never got more than 4 to work before I gave up.
