Replacment

I was having problems with the top button on my Droid....I went to Verizon and they are replacing it.Of cource they had none in stock and was wondering if they are goin to send me a referbished one or a new one.Anyone no????? i no i paid for a new one so the should give me a new one rite??????

I got a like new certified replacement before 30 days.

Time of purchase has nothing to do with it... it only depends on what they happen to have in the back. Until a few weeks ago this was predominantly new devices. Lately, however, you'll be hard pressed to find a store that doesn't have refurbed unit in the back. But you might luck out.

No heat in our computer controlled environment at work. The maintenance crew comes in and the pipes are cold. There is a valve and they wonder if its functioning. They go to check the computer program that controls it. The program says it is 0% closed. Is that the same as 100% open?

Anyways, I too have a 100% certified like new phone. "like new". Only like new or really like new? Who makes this stuff up?
