reset choices for notification sounds

I accidentally hit "ringtone" as the default for my notification choices and now can't access music as a choice...how do I easily get it back to the ability to choose both. I use "who is it" which is a great app, but a i have to silence the notification sound or I get a notification sound in conjuction with my Gmail sound that pops up in the notification window.
