Resizing wallpapers?

I know this topic has GOT to already been brought up, but I search wallpaper, background,resize.... and couldn't find a thread.

SO I APOLOGIZE A HEAD OF TIME!!!!

I have downloaded Android specific wallpapers from Androlib.com, used Photos I took on my phone, Created a Background in Photoshop....

And EVERY image I try to use as a wallpaper will NEVER fit in the orange screen size box...

Help?

Use your finger to stretch out the box, it'll fit.

Yup -- the box can resized for wallpaper and contacts.

I have tried OVER AND OVER.... Every image fits Vertically, but not horizontally!

I HAD Panda & Home++............. if that changes anything?

What are the dimensions?

For them to fit they have to be 960x854 or some derivative of.
